This is a lovely, delicate and well-crafted poem in keeping with its ostensible object whilst reaching far wider in its call for and expression of love. Its is profoundly and care-fully moving.

Many different sources have been leading me inexorably to love as the ultimate universal force. Julian of Norwich mist recently. A perfect cup sitting completed on the workshop shelf pales in comparison to that same cup chosen for and given to someone im the name of love.

Cups that are made of porcelain are indeed a special gift. To hold, to sip from and beautiful patterns to gaze upon. Magical!

The ability to make small things like a hem or a cup precious using words is alchemy in itself. You imagined these things before anyone else woke up that gives the writing a night before christmas style wonder. I'm picturing now this translucent porcelin cup with the red stains and wishing I could hold it.

Hello. Meissen cup, interesting shape and colouring. The cup is unique and even looks one-of-a-kind in the well-known Meissen blue, maybe because it was used by Patti. The photo of the cup on its side is also stunning.
