Oh Patti, I only now, just now, came upon this beautiful Christmas gift to us all. I am in tears listening to you sing O Holy Night to us….Tears down my cheeks. My dear father used to sing this song in our little candle lit church in our tiny snowy village of Contoocook, New Hampshire, and you bring back that precious childhood time in a whoosh to my 75 year old self. It’s the beauty of your voice, a voice that moves and transports the receiver to a place of such calm and peace and such DEEP feeling. The timbre of your rich beautiful voice heals and uplifts, moves and opens the listener’s heart, and the way you travel so deeply into the song, sharing so exquisitely what you see and feel inside the realm of the song itself, the music and words, bringing gifts to back to us as the Magi bore gifts, through the waves of your exquisite,loving, so sensitive voice and through such graceful hands, like gentle wings, speaking a soft language beyond words, bringing all the riches of what it means to be fully, truly, human to all who hear.
