I adore this book and have both read and listened to it. This was a third mode. As a lover of words, I listened and then tried to think of words to use to describe your additional commentary. I saw some great ones by others here. Commentary, interjecting, doo wop. And then these words came to me. “An excerpt from Just Kids: Read by the author with sparkling asides and warmth.”
