As usual-I loved your post Patti. I had saved it until I had a little space to really treasure it. Thank you for the Annie Ernaux quote which so resonated with me. Thank you too for the card - temperance is a good mental tag note for me at times when I feel over-stretched with work & family. Carving out the balance for peace, for my own creative practice & yoga is sometimes a major challenge. Hope Venice was/is a joy x
According to astrology, we are entering the age of Aquarius, where positive, hopeful energy will replace the darkness we've been in for the past 8 years. For example, the surge of love for a boy like Gus and his Dad, Tim Walz. I am hopeful for our future.
You mentioned Picasso. The first book of yours that I found and bought was a copy of "Babel" and on the inside I wrote "July 26, 1980 Late at night, in the Village after Picasso". I had spent the day at the Picasso Retrospective at MOMA and afterwards I was book shopping and found that book.

Hey Patti, totally agree with you about Temperance. I'm always comforted when I see the Angel of Mercy in a spread. It gives me hope that good sense will prevail and bring forth free-flowing compassion and forgiveness...from one cup to another, to another...I think of it as the justice system of the heart, fairly distributed between us all. The world won't heal until humans get it together in this way. Maybe the angel is sitting on your shoulder. She's lovely to have around. Like you. We just love ya Patti! ❤️
Patti, if you have reason to believe that your headaches have any connection with COVID-related issues, you might look into some acupuncture therapy to clear related channels. I have found it to be helpful for various things.
