I am packing my small suitcase and saying farewell to Bogota. Though I had difficulties adjusting to the altitude, I had a wonderful and productive handful of days in this warm, generous and lively city. I loved roaming about on my own, sitting on the Cathedral steps and watching all the action. I loved my morning routine with Stefan, the founder of Soundwalk Collective. Magnificent coffee at Cafe Robust, with warm corn cakes. Working on our installation at the Museum. Sound-checking at the small jewel of the Opera house and two performances. I am gathering some video.
Tomorrow back to Rimbaud and Verlaine pounding the backstreets of Paris….
Wow, it looks beautiful there - both the City and your exhibition! Corn cakes sound good!!! And good strong coffee..
It looks like the exhibition must have been really beautiful. Bogota looks wonderful too.
