Well, such an inspiration as I must get unplugged watching much too much PLUTO television repeats of vintage Star Trek (Original series and Next Generation) and Columbo episodes. And, from what I can see..one of your keys is simply attacking the read cycle in a relentless style without any distraction...sort of Marie Condo of the mind....just wiping those cerebral shelves clean.....again, thanks and welcome back.

I started reading Annie Ernaux after her Nobel prize made her known to me. I'm very into autobiographical fiction, have been since Kerouac, and her work has such a fine, nuanced point-of-view. So smart!

I was saving it, just as one might save a special treat to really savor. Your book recommendations are contributing to my rather late literary education. I picked up Annie Ernaux’s book after your recommendation a few videos ago, and devoured it. So brave, and so reassuring at the same time.
