I’m really looking forward to your concert in Rome, having attended your fantastic concert last year at the most beautiful concert venue I’ve ever been to: Piazza San Marco in Venice. An unforgettable, magic evening.
Do you have any tips for Rome, and are you planning a book signing? I was there as a teenager, and I suppose a lot has changed since then?
My favourite place was Campo dei Fiori and the spot where the Bocca della Verità sculpture stands. Gregory Peck quietly told director William Wyler in the legendary Movie Roman Holiday, that he was going to keep his hand hidden up his sleeve when he pulled it out of the sculpture’s mouth, unbeknownst to Audrey Hepburn, whose reaction is real and not played. It’s one of my all-time favourite films and a well deserved Oscar for her first movie Role.

Made me think of a photo I took of my sister and her partner a few months before he died, it's quite blurry but very treasured as they are both so so happy in it.
It's a gorgeous photo, and the ocean being a background, a kind of foundation, is so perfect, and Robert is there, too. Thank you for all you share and write...you help me be happy.
