Patti! I just wanted to say that you should check out the church Notre Dame de France in London, Leicester Square. Jean Cocteau did the murals there and it is one of my favourite places in London. Maybe you haven’t heard about it yet.
Beautiful photos! Honoring Cocteau. I visited Nice once and loved it. The weirdly shaped Joan of Arc chapel, old town, the sea… and the ‘Hinterland’. Too bad you have so little time. The Gorge du Verdon is breathtaking!

Nice brought back many memories I used to have a friend from Nice Cathy Virga she was roommate at my old apartment in Venice. She was one of a kind! Ex airline stewardess for Air France. She knew so many crazy rich people that lived here in LA. I’m crying as I’m writing this as she is longer with us on this plane of existence. I’m going to have to come back and finish this story
