I’m A few more details for tonight’s subscriber event at 8pm EST.
If you haven’t received your ticket, try these things, in order:
Look for an email from hello@mandolin.com. (Mandolin is the streaming platform for the event.) The email could have gotten stuck in your “spam” or “promotions” folders.
Go create an account at mandolin.com, using the same email address that you use for your Substack subscription. After you’ve created an account, click on “my tickets,” and you should see the show listed there.
If you're really having trouble, write to Mandolin’s support team at help@mandolin.com. There will also be live people at Mandolin's support desk closer to showtime, and they can help you. Look for the “support” button at the top-right of mandolin.com.
Finally, if you haven’t subscribed yet but want to join us tonight, please do:

It was quiet after you played where you all were there, but at our house the two of us made a lot of noise, Clapping for you after each song. And my daughter Genevieve said she loved it. At her house,She listened as she made dinner and played with the baby and said in particular it was the readings she loved the most. She’s never read just kids and I suggested she do. Over the years it’s a book I’ve read more than once which is what one should do with a great book. You’re making these times so much more bearable Patti.
