This is a conversation I was fortunate to have with David Lynch at the Cartier Foundation in Paris some years ago. We were both born in 1946. He in January at the beginning, and myself in December at the closing.
Wishing David Lynch a happy birthday today and hope everyone has at least a few moments of happily stumbling into a bright paraelle world.
Happy Birthday to David! Hi Patti…I loved the references to “puzzle pieces being doled out from a room, and Shamans”. Both items have been on my list for a long time, also, the Angels, seeing the conflict between opposing forces from their vantage point, are sending us messages. The creative among us are the most adept at picking up those signals. Keith Richards says he never has “writer’s block, he just raises his hand like an antenna and recieves at least the kernel of an idea to work with.
